DH.co reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Payment and Fees

DH.co processes payments on behalf of vendors through third-party payment gateways. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with transactions on DH.co.
  • Be responsible for any applicable sales taxes and other charges.
  • Pay vendors as per the agreed payment schedule.

DH.co charges a commission for each sale and may charge listing or subscription fees for vendors.

6. Refund and Return Policy

DH.co may, at its discretion, facilitate refunds on behalf of vendors, but vendors are ultimately responsible for processing returns and refunds.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Shipping terms, fees, and delivery times will be provided by the vendor. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DH.co is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

  • The use or inability to use the platform.
  • Errors or omissions in product listings.
  • Vendor misconduct or noncompliance with applicable laws.
  • Third-party content or services linked to DH.co.

In no event shall DH.co’s liability exceed the amount paid by you to DH.co in the past 12 months, if applicable.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DH.co, its affiliates, employees, agents, and vendors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
